I'm becoming a crazy Person! Look at that!!
Everyone in the dorm started packing at like 4:30 in the morning and I just couldn't go back to sleep. So we decided to hit the Road at like 5:30 which is just so crazy! But I might have to get used to it because the heat can really beat you down.
Walking in the early morning is so weird. The cool temperature is nice but I have to get used to walk in absolute quiteness as not even the birds were awake.
Julia was in bad shape the first hour. She's having knee issues. Looked like she had to take the Bus but she wanted to go on and actually managed it!
The day was fairly hot and humid but with the help of my trusted Robe I actually managed it fine.
I came up for a possible Title for the article I plan to write about my Adventure: "on the Robe again". Thinking about using that.
As much as I appreciated using the cooler hours of the morning I must say we started too early. We were so exhausted and tired trough the whole walk...
Shortly before Logroño Jules couldn't go on so we had to take a Cab into Town. It can be dangerous to press on when you are tired snd hurting you see. Too many opportunities to fall or make ones sores worse.
Stayed in the Albergue Municipal this time around. Last time I was in the church one but they expect you to join Mass and everything and this can become increasingly exhausting.
We also had Dinner with others in the Albergue when they cooked Spaghetti. That was an awesome Pilgrim moment indeed!
The night became a bit crap because some drunken Idiots outside made noise and nobody was doing anything about it ☹️
